At The Wonder Table, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged before beginning its journey to you.
Processing Times
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 business day.
During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay in preparing your order, we will do our best to let you know.
Shipping
We currently ship across Australia, New Zealand and to selected international destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method available for your order.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 2–5 business days
- International: 2–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the postal service available for your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
Occasionally, postal delays, international delivery processes and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@thewondertablestudio.com and we will help you investigate what has happened.
If an order is significantly delayed, lost or otherwise not delivered, we will work with you and the relevant delivery provider to find an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.
If you realise that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the delivery details.
If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it. Additional delivery costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied with an order may need to be covered by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
