Refund & Returns Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
At The Wonder Table, our Collections contain original creative concepts, invitations and materials that have been thoughtfully designed to inspire wonder, creativity and connection.
Because the creative content of a Collection can be viewed, used and reproduced once it has been received, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
Please take a moment to review the product description and details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing and packaging every Wonder Table order.
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, is materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@thewondertablestudio.com with your order details and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the nature of a problem with a product, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you are entitled to under Australian law.
Our policy of not accepting change-of-mind returns is separate from, and does not affect, those rights.
Returning an Item Where a Remedy Applies
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before returning the item so that we can understand the issue and provide you with the appropriate next steps.
Where a return is required as part of a remedy available to you under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the relevant return instructions.
You do not need to retain original packaging in order to exercise any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
